Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please Read the following thoroughly before returning a product:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or order number
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, e-credit.
  • Customers will get the return label by Download/print.

Damages and issues


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Info@hawlertransport.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Exchanges


We can replace items if they are defective, damaged or shipped wrongly free of charge. If you need to exchange it for a different item, or if it doesn’t fit you are welcome to do so within the 30 days, however return costs cannot be covered and items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. Please send us an email at Info@hawlertransport.com to discuss your exchange needs. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly notify you of the approval status. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please reach out to us at Info@hawlertransport.com. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,
